Dear Perspective Parent/Guardian:Thank you for choosing Kidz Kastle! We are excited to share the details of the registration process for Kidz Kastle. Below, you will find all the necessary information to ensure a seamless enrollment experience for your child:Registration Process: Once all applications, medical records, and any additional records are completed and returned. We accept Subsidies such as Urban League, Programs for Parents and Any other State Subsidie. After all documents and payment are received, a start date will be discussed. For Tuition Rates Call Administration.Complete the Registration Forms: Fill out all required fields with your child's information and program preferences. The applications are attached to this email. The documents include: Kidz Kastle Application, Parent Checklist, Universal Child Health Record, and a CACFP form for free meals and snacks. The Universal Child Health Record must be signed by the Pediatrician. Please provide your child's updated Immunization Records, including flu shot. If your child has allergies or asthma, please provide an Ashtma/Allergy Action Plan that your child’s Pediatrician filled out with the proper medication in its original and sealed container.
